My programs will change the way you look and the way you look at yourself. All major components are crucial; cardiovascular, strenth, nutrition and flexibility. The body is truIy amazing and changes can happen quite quickly if you are putting the right things in it. I instruct on proper form and I put my heart and soul into my clients. I don't just show you how to do an exercise; I educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition.
No matter what your budget or timeline, I can make fitness work for you! All you have to do is make it a priority. Make YOU a priority. I offer many different options including personal training, group training, programming, nutrition and exercise consulting. I even do long-distance support! Even if you don't think you can do personal training sessions, you can join our team on a run or hike, get some motivation from the NMT FitStars Facebook group, or get some coaching on your supplements and Beachbody Programs!
